          Yes. Growth in Europe isn’t the only metric that matters to smartphone manufacturers because they are still making money on the sales they make in Europe even if they aren’t growing in the market.

                They’ll eventually comply. I suspect only on new models. I’m guessing they’ll try and find a war around it
