I’ve had my computer crash trying to open or save a pdf once because it used up all the RAM space (16gb) and then used up the small swap (probably like 10gb?) and I guess some critical processes I guess just got told “no.” Seems wild to me that Windows would just crash before it told a pdf it couldn’t use over 20gb of memory.
