But the way my brain and my anxiety works I’m still terrified of ending up in the same way as the main character from Metallicas “One”. I saw that music video two decades ago and I’m still terrified of being in that same position.

I uhh… I don’t mean on PS5. They can’t take away my PS2 and PS1 games.

They can surely cancel my right to play My disc based PS4 and PS5 games but I can just disconnect my console from the Internet and keep playing those games.

I’m 37, I prefer disc based games and I only buy digital when it’s at least 50% off or more.

Or you could let Rockstar release the game and let your shareholders take a 0.5% hit to their stock portfolio and make it up in the games actual release…

No no no that makes too much sense and the shareholders won’t get a 1.5% bump if you release it before the next shareholders something something.

I’m not even going to buy GTA6 until I can buy with a disc.

I’m eager to move to Linux but I’ve been with windows since 1993. I don’t know how to move on.

I know there’s Linux distros that are perfect for me out there and I want to leave Windows because regular W10 and W11 are trash.

I just need a nice Linux distro where I don’t have to spend any time coding to install software… I don’t want to type in code to install things but I also don’t want to move to Windows 11.

Very interesting, I work in IT and talked about how useless AI is and I got told off by multiple “scientists” because AI was revolutionising the way they did their research.

Granted this was on Reddit so maybe just people wanting to argue.

I’ve been in IT since 2007 I’ve been with computers since 1994 with a second hand MS DOS.

AI is 100 very good for scientists and people in the medical industry (I don’t know why, but I know they’ve all told me it’s good for them). Outside of the above… Everything else about AI is pointless… It’s just googling things slightly faster than I can google things.
