I found Jellyfin clearly superior to plex for the one purpose it has, playing media, right from hour 1. Maybe it was just too late that I started with self-hosting, but I always felt like with jellyfin, my media was front and center, and with plex they were always trying to get me to go do their media.
I’ve got proxmox on a pair of atoms.
