Hence my last line. I need some good news, and UK politics is sadly lacking.

I don’t think the committee’s result is going to be scathing enough. Even if it is, I don’t think the petition will gain enough signatures. Even if it did, I don’t think Farage loses the by-election.

Even if it could, I don’t think parliament would kick him out. Even if it did, I don’t think Farage becomes less popular.

It’s all a bit shit.
