My setup might just be able to handle it, I think.
But on the other hand, my backlog is full and I even have the first Alan Wake still left to play :-)

I guess I prefer the Unix philosophy of doing things:
Have a bunch of combinable small programs each being dedicated to a single function and doing that well instead of large complex monoliths.

Had a look into the ublock settings.
The one I found seems to be more of a nuke-grade total disabling, as opposed to the fine-grained approach of the noscript extension.

Having said that, Firefox+ublock+noscript rules.

Probably forgot to renew their solar tier subscription.

They tried that at the meetup at our local planetary observatory.
