Settings are good when one doesn’t have to spend ten minutes getting RSI to find what they want. The control panel is now my litmus test for the quality of the UI. The first time I tried MacOS in a VM, I saw clear as day that it was made for humans instead of whatever random design philosophy MS uses. Same with Gnome 2, which was lifting a lot of ideas from MacOS.

Alas, Cinnamon has plenty of jank elsewhere, so I might have to try KDE again.
